• We are a tech-forward company. Successful applicants need to be familiar and comfortable using apps on a smart phone as they use them for everything from applying for a job to trip planning to keepinglog books. We rely heavily on the smart phones for communication and paperwork.
• Successful applicants need to be mechanically-inclined. They must be able to swing a hammer and turn a wrench as they will be undecking the trucks.
• The tools required weigh approximately 50 lbs. Successful applicants will need to be able to lift the tool bag into the trucks.
• Deck drivers musthaveDoubles/Triples (T) endorsement prior to orientation.
• Most importantly - successful applicants need to have a great attitude and be open to new experiences. This is a unique facet of the trucking industry. We are constantly evolving.
