We require:
- Must be 23 Years of Age
- 1 year Class A OTR Driving Experience - less than 1 year of experience will require 6 weeks of training with a Coach (trainer)
- Must be registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Once hired; any driver with 1 year or more experience is requried to a 3-5 day on the road coaching with a driver mentor
