Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience required
• Flatbed experience preferred but not required
• Zero moving violations within the last 12 months
• Zero preventable accidents within the last 3 years
• Clean MVR and PSP
• Demonstrated commitment to safe, professional driving
• Ability to arrive on time and meet delivery schedules
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to professionally represent Central States, its products, and its values

• $1,600 - $1,700 average weekly pay: Our Top Drivers Average $2,100
• Regional/OTR Most drivers are home 3 weeknights + weekends
• Base Pay is CPM PLUS Stop Pay and Accessory Pay
