Requirements

• 25 years or older
• Class A CDL
• 1+ years OTR experience
• Tanker endorsement (willing to get within 90 days)
• Clean MVR

Description

Our OTR drivers operate primarily throughout the Midwest and Southern states, with no routes into California, New York, or the New England region. We are part of a family of companies that manufactures and distributes dairy products from our Eastern Iowa base, providing consistent, refrigerated freight. Drivers typically run 12 or more days out, earning one day of home time for every 7 days on the road. Home time can be taken every other weekend or banked for longer time off, depending on driver preference.
Our fleet is made up of late model Peterbilt 579 automatic trucks paired with Thermo King reefers. We offer a competitive salaried pay structure so drivers always know what they will earn, along with direct deposit, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off. Drivers are provided a company phone—personal numbers are never shared with brokers—and employees also receive discounts on our products.

Job Pay

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
