Pay Period Monday-Sunday, direct deposit each Friday.
Weekly:
-$250 Cargo and Liability
-$250 Dry van trailer rent
-$50 Dry van trailer insurance
Monthly:
-$75 ELD
-$160 Occupational Insurance (optional)
-$20 PrePass
- Physical Damage insurance (depends on a truck value)
- 1099 form of contract
