Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Experience driving over the road and backing into docks.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in truck driving roles.
- Familiarity with operating dry vans with care and over the road.
- Experience with finding issues with the equipment while over the road and calling it in to dispatch or fleet manager.
- Previous experience in route driving with a strong understanding of logistics.
Description
- Operate Sleeper Cabs over the road hauling 53' Dry Van Trailers.
- Safely load and unload freight while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Safely secure the loads.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
Job Pay
$1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
