- $1,000 paid after orientation
- $1,000 paid after 3 months of employment
- Both payments are grossed up to help cover tax liability
COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:
- OTR Class-A CDL Driver Average: $1,680 weekly gross
- Annual Average: $87,500
- Top Drivers: $116,000+/year
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,600+
- Top Drivers: 2,850–3,000+ miles per week
- Weekly Pay Schedule: Sunday–Saturday pay week
- Out Sunday – Back Friday
- Home every weekend (majority of fleet)
