CDL-A Team Drivers – OTR with 3-4 Trips Out, Home Often!
Average $1,850–$1,950 Weekly Gross Per Driver | $96K–$102K Annual Average | Top Teams $125K+
.35–.40 CPM per Driver | .70–.80 CPM to the Truck + Per Diem & Accessorial Pay
  • Must Have 1 Year CDL-A Experience to Apply
  • Hazmat Preferred (or Willing to Obtain)
  • Steady Contracted Freight | Outbound & Inbound | Low-Touch
  • Average 1–2 Picks on Return Loads
  • Top-of-the-line Kenworth T680 Equipment

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:
  • Average Weekly Gross (Per Driver): $1,850–$1,950
  • Annual Average (Per Driver): $96,000–$102,000
  • Top Earning Teams: $125,000+ per driver annually
  • CPM (Split): .70–.80 CPM to the truck
  • Accessorial Pay: Per diem, detention, layover, breakdown, stops, and HazMat pay
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 total
    • $1,000 after 90 days
    • $1,000 after 180 days

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME:
  • Average 3–4 Trips Out per Cycle
  • 34-Hour Reset at Home After Each Trip
  • 3–4 Days Off Between 3–4 Week Cycles
  • Flexible Routing to Meet Team Needs

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
