Requirements

• Paid CDL Training Program with 1 year contract
• No Truck School Graduates
• Passing CDL-A exam required before hire (CDL-A permit)
• Safe driving record
• Stable work history

OUR CDL-A TRAINING TIMELINE
Our drivers can expect to be away from home for 3 - 5 weeks at a time during training and as an over the road company driver or independent contractor
STEP ONE
Apply to our CDL-A training program and chat with a recruiter.
Obtain your medical card and CDL-A permit.
 
STEP TWO
One week of onboarding.
Free travel to headquarters. Free breakfast & lunch. Free lodging.
 
STEP THREE
Two-to-three weeks of CLP on-the-road training.
Practical study preparation for your CDL-A test.
You are now ready to take your CDL test at our terminal.
 
STEP FOUR
After completing your CDL-A test, you will be paired with one of our qualified trainers to begin your over-the-road training. Your one-year training contract begins at this stage.
 
STEP FIVE
CDL-A team driving with a trainer for 6-8 weeks.
Earn guaranteed $900 gross per week during this portion of the program.
 
STEP SIX
You'll partner with another recent graduate for 6-8 weeks of team driving.
After completion, begin your career as an over the road company or lease driver in new equipment!
