• At Least 23 Years Old & 1 year of verifiable experience w/ dry van
• Tractor must have current DOT inspection
• No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI or related charges in the past 5 years
• Must have current Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (form 2290)
