Description

Average OTR Company Driver Makes $1,250 BASE + Performance Incentives of .11 CPM
**6 Months CDL A Experience Required**
**IF You Have 5 or More Incidents in The Last Year, You WILL NOT Qualify**

• Out 2-3 Weeks Out With 2-5 Days Home Time
• .11 CPM Performance Bonus Requirements
  • Complete Safety Training Every Month
  • 10,000 Miles Per Month
  • Every Thousand Miles over 10K You Get an Extra CPM Up to 15,000 Miles
  • MPG Efficiency (For Example 6.5MPG = .01 CPM; 8MPG = .05CPM)
  • Idle Time Less Than 20% Get an Extra .01CPM
• Medical Dental and Vision After 60 Days
  • Employer Pays 75% of Monthly Premium
