• Have a Class A CDL w/Tank endorsement


• Must have 2 years t/t experience driving experience in the last 5 years (with most recent experience being within the past 12 months)


• Must be 23 years or older (for insurance purposes)


• No preventable 'DOT Recordable' accidents while operating a CMV in the last 3 years


• No DUI/DWI in last 5 years


• No Careless/Reckless driving citations in the past 3 years


• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years


• No 'use of handheld electronic device while driving' violations
