Fresh Freight Driver (OTR Regional, Reefer)
Fresh Freight is a mid-sized, family-owned carrier where drivers are treated like people, not truck numbers. You’ll run reefer freight that helps deliver food to communities across the U.S., with consistent pay, modern equipment, and a team that knows your name. Your dispatcher and fleet manager are industry veterans who understand the job and work with you to keep things running smoothly.

Pay:

• Guaranteed salary: $1,500 per week ($1,200 taxable wages, $300 tax free per diem)

Schedule and Home Time:

• Flexible home time options
• Common schedule: 3 weeks out, 3 days off
• Salaried role and days off are paid
• Average workday is typically under 10 hours

Equipment:

• Premium equipment with newer tractors and trailer units
• 70 MPH trucks
• Driver comfort features: APU, flat screen tv, CB radio, refrigerator/microwave, etc.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A
• Must meet DOT requirements
• 5 Years of verifiable Experience
