Requirements

• CAT Certification Preferred. Must Be Able to Driver CAT Equipment on and off the Stepdeck Trailers
  • CAT Certification:  Bonus and Additional Pay Provided
• Yard Locations: Mansfield, OH, Cleveland, OH, and Columbus, OH 
  
• Minimum 2 Years CDL A OTR Driving Experience Required
  • Experience as a CDL A Flatbed Driver is helpful but we will also train (paid training)
• Some Over Dimensional Freight - Drivers Must Have Experience Hauling Permit Loads
• Must be capable of strapping, chaining, and tarping when doing Stepdeck work.
  • Less than 5% Tarping - Most Freight is No Tarp
• Knowledge of driving equipment/vehicles on and off the trailer is helpful but we will train.
• Knowledge of hauling over dimensional freight is helpful but NOT required.

• Monday to Friday OTR
• Home Every Other Weekend (Many Times Every Weekend)
  • Yard Locations in Mansfield, OH, Cleveland, OH, and Columbus, OH
  • Long and Short Haul Work
• 53' Stepdeck - Tarp/Strap Loads 
• Some Over Dimensional Freight 
• Direct Customer Freight: 
  • CAT, Adena, and Michels Construction
  • Mostly Midwest Lanes. Some freight to the South.
• We do have some moves in to eastern PA and upstate NY but we do not run New York City
• Toll and Scale Pass are provided.
• Motive ELD provided with Apple Tablet - Must
