Requirements

Local Dispatcher will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and booking shipments
• Communicating with drivers and customers
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Updating customers on shipment status
• Managing phone calls and other inquiries
• Entering data including warranties, invoicing, inventory management, etc.

We are looking for:

• Minimum one-year experience in local dispatch
• Proficient English
• Excellent communication skills
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Windows, dispatch software)
• Attention to details
