- $0.64 - $0.66 CPM
- Freight Type: Glass
- Loading and Tarping Pay

- $100 Live Load Pay

- +$0.20 CPM for miles over 10,000 per month

- $30 Per Hour Detention Pay (After 3 Hours)
- $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus
