Hwy V Trucking is a family-owned carrier based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Built from the ground up in 2018 by our owner Vincent — who still drives, answers his phone, and makes sure every driver is taken care of on the road. His wife Krista runs the company as President & CFO, handling operations, safety, compliance, and recruiting. Between the two of them, you're never more than one phone call away from a real answer.
We're a small fleet, and growing — always looking at new niches to diversify our work and give our drivers room to expand their skill set. All positions are W2.
The driver we're looking for:

• Runs safe and runs hard
• Takes ownership of their truck and their job
• Trip plans and manages their clock
• Follows company standard operating procedures
• Communicates clearly
• Comfortable with the potential to assist with freight
• Has integrity when no one's watching
• Listens — because if you can listen, we can teach you the rest
• Wants a long term seat at a growing company, not a truck number at a mega-carrier

What we require:

• 2 years verifiable OTR experience
• Clean MVR
• No at-fault accidents
• No DUIs
• No SAP or Clearinghouse flags
